Malvern & Upton Beekeepers

Malvern and Upton Beekeepers is a social and training group that promotes best practice in beekeeping. Please look around this site and ask for information about our Best Practice, training and social activities

Above all, Beekeeping should be fun and rewarding, and that's what we try to do!

What we are about

MUBK is the largest, and we think the friendliest, Branch of the Worcestershire Beekeeping Association. We have many activities during the course of the year including, but not limited to:

  1. Training for new Beekeepers
  2. Training and Talks of Interest to existing Beekeepers
  3. Lectures from interesting country people on country matters
  4. An annual Honey Show
  5. Taster Days for prospective beekeepers
  6. Experience days for those wanting to find out more
  7. Equipment loan to members
  8. Mentoring and support for beginners
  9. Social events and BBQs

We encourage Best Practice in Beekeeping procedures and manipulations and welcome new members whether experienced or 'newbies'
